We respect your right to control your personal data and provide clear instructions for account deletion.
To request deletion of your account and data, follow these steps within the B2B Personal Network app:

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Authentication account: Your login credentials and account authentication data.
Profile data: Name, email address, profile photo (if any), company, position, bio, username, language preferences, and country.
User-generated content: Business cards scanned and stored, contacts, notes, tags, and any other content you created within the app.
Uploaded files: Images of business cards, logos, and any other files you uploaded to the service.
Connections and chat: Your contact list, handshake status, and chat messages (encrypted in transit).
Preferences: Notification settings, marketing preferences, language settings, and theme preferences.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within up to 30 days from the date of your request.
During this period, your account will be marked for deletion and you will no longer be able to access it. Once the deletion process is complete, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain minimal records for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes:
Legal obligations: We may retain certain data if required by law, such as billing records or transaction metadata, for the legally required retention period (e.g., up to 5-6 years in Spain for tax and accounting purposes).
Security and fraud prevention: Minimal technical logs and identifiers may be retained for a limited period (typically 90-365 days) to prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform security.
Support records: If you contacted support, we may retain support communications for a reasonable period (e.g., 12-24 months) for traceability and quality assurance purposes.
Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by law or for legitimate security purposes, and will be anonymized or deleted as soon as legally permissible.
Important: Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions
Deleting your B2B Personal Network account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions or in-app purchases you have through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
